Jose G. Saenz, Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement Practitioner
In a global and fast-paced environment, companies require, among different things, to be able to run their operations with a high level of excellence and improve their business processes to take their performance to the next level. This requires you to be able to look at the process that you perform from beginning to end, to produce your products and services, and be able to find ways to eliminate, simplify, standardize, and automate the work to take “waste” out of the process; thereby, reducing cost, improving the customer experience, and your competitive advantage. This is what process redesign is all about and is a critical capability at the heart of Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, and any other business discipline you apply to transform your business to continuously improve performance.
This Operational Excellence training course introduces you to Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management principles to redesign business processes (i.e., transactional, office, non-manufacturing operations) using basic flowcharting techniques, and performance metrics to achieve significant quantifiable results.
It is a very practical, dynamic, and interactive course that will enhance your process mapping and analysis knowledge and skills to improve your operations and contribute to any continuous improvement, operational excellence, and/or business transformation initiative.
Through constant individual and group activities based on real scenarios and applications, you will engage in an active learning process to acquire the knowledge and skills covered in this course.

I had the opportunity to take a course where Mr. Saenz was the lecturer at Santa María La Antigua University. Mr. Saenz is a highly prepared professional in his field and has great skill in sharing his knowledge and training other younger professionals. I personally really enjoyed the experience and appreciate my new set of skills acquired.
