INTRODUCTION

The business case for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is more and more compelling. It’s been shown that D&I is not only the right thing to do, from a moral perspective but also the smart thing to do, from a business perspective. It contributes to innovation, employee and customer satisfaction, retention, and even overall remuneration. A recent study found that organizations with more diverse management teams have 19% higher revenues linked to innovation (Boston Consulting Group, 2017).

In this context, D&I is being talked about all over the world. While many looked at it as a trend initially, it’s here to stay. Why? Because everyone deserves to feel welcome, accepted, and included. So, how much do you know about D&I? Are you a people leader looking to make your team and wider organisation more diverse and inclusive? Join this 2-day course to learn more about D&I, what it means for you as a leader, and the role you can play in creating an inclusive culture in which you, your team, and your organisation thrive.
