This course is designed for professionals and leaders who are interested in integrating the concept of Ikigai into their organization's culture and strategy, and who want to improve organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
In this course, you will learn the background and overview of the concept of Ikigai, the impact of Ikigai on organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction, the role of leadership in integrating Ikigai into organizational culture and strategy, and how to develop an action plan for integrating Ikigai into your organization.
The course consists of three days, with each day lasting for 4 hours. In addition, there is an exam that participants will need to complete.
There is no prerequisite for this course, but participants should have a basic understanding of organizational behavior and management concepts.
You will be able to apply proven principles and techniques of Lean to digital transformations to achieve a greater level of success and reduce risks.
A basic understanding of process improvements and digital transformations would be useful, but not required. We will cover the basics of both Lean and Digital-related transformations as part of the training.
