Mr. Rowan Teh is passionate about building capability in people and organisations to successfully combine Lean and technology to transform organisations in the digital era. He brings over 25 years of Leadership and Advisory roles in organisations across North America, Middle East and Australasia, working as a Director for KPMG, Atos Origin, and Datacom, as well as managerial roles at Saudi Aramco, International Paper/Carter Holt Harvey, and Frucor Suntory. 

During his career, he has led and mentored teams to deliver well over 20 enterprise-wide transformations consisting of system implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), business process improvements  (lean and six sigma) and organisational redesigns. He has worked with clients across energy and utilities, financial services, retail, education, forest products, consumer products, IT, agriculture, and government industries. 

His knowledge is founded on accreditations as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, SAP and Microsoft Implementation Consultant, Project Management Professional and ICAgile® Practitioner. His notable achievements include being an inventor of a patented system for organisational realignments, globally recognised Best Achievement in Lean Six Sigma Award, and winner of Homegrown ISV Award in 2022. He’s qualified with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership, and Master and Bachelor Degrees in Management Systems.

He is currently a co-founder of Boxfish, a Lean Digital software and services firm based in New Zealand.
