Rowan Teh, Co-Founder, Boxfish
Organisations struggle with digital transformations as they fail to approach it with the same rigour as Lean transformations. Digital transformations too often are focused on the solution rather than clearly defining the problem. Jim Collins in the book “Good to Great” says technology alone cannot transform organisations from good to great, but can accelerate it. The key is gaining clarity of the outcomes that drive the transformation and using technology as an enabler. In this course, you will gain an understanding of how proven and practical Lean techniques and tools can significantly achieve great outcomes in your digital transformations. Rowan Teh will share his 25 years of experience as a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma practitioner delivering enterprise-wide digital transformations.
You will attain the knowledge based on 25 years of experience leading technology change from a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma practitioner. The training will provide you with theory as well as many real examples of applying them in action. There will be practical techniques that you can implement immediately as well as gaining hands-on experience with digital tools.
This course is pioneering the proven concepts of Lean to achieve extraordinary results with Digital Transformations based on examples. Other training treat Lean and Digital Transformations as mutually exclusive, however this course shows how you can achieve extraordinary results when combined. Inversely, you will learn how digital disruption is introducing new ways of applying Lean through accelerating analysis using technology.
Leaders, managers, and team members planning or working on digital transformations in medium to large-sized organizations. C-level sponsors as well as operational teams across all industries will benefit from the approaches and examples provided.
The purpose of this course is to provide attendees with an understanding of how to apply proven and practical Lean techniques and tools to achieve great outcomes in digital transformations. Attendees will also learn how digital disruption is introducing new ways of applying Lean through accelerating process data analytics using technology.
