Rias Attar, is an accomplished business strategist, business transformation expert, operational excellence leader, and program and change management professional. He is an industry award winner executive with a track record of increasing profits and delivering strategic initiatives that have successfully transformed and integrated business operations. He is recognized for his ability to help strategize business architecture, identify areas in which to improve processes and outcomes, turn around businesses from deficiency to profitability, champion continual improvement efforts, deliver challenging cross-functional programs while working collaboratively with diverse types of stakeholders, lead and coach winning teams, and inspire staff to welcome change and deliver ambitious results.

Rias is also a book author; he published a business book in 2020 called “ Change to Win” going deep into how to embrace change and optimize or transform businesses to deliver positive results.

Mr. Attar has worked for various companies, from small to Fortune 500, and in a variety of industries in the United States, the Middle East, and Canada. He has initiated, planned, and executed transformational programs (business and technology) that have contributed over $1 billion of combined earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA). He has redefined strategies, established program management offices and shared service centers, led revenue-increase and waste reduction efforts, ensured governance while reducing bureaucracy, and set business directions while motivating teams, building a trusting culture, developing people’s skills, and generating enthusiasm.

Mr. Attar has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of Texas, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and Change Management Practitioner (CMP).
