INTRODUCTION

This one-day training session will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and techniques while diving in soft and hard skills needed to effectively lead and deliver projects, achieve company’s objectives, align with stakeholders, and deliver initiatives according to scope, budget, and schedule. The training will be mainly about waterfall project management, but it will also shed some light on Agile in addition to other types of project management methodologies.
